Perugini at RTM Special Meeting requesting that safeguards be immediately implemented
to ensure that Public Trust, Public Health, and Public Safety are never again compromised.
As an active member of two neighborhood organizations on Fairfield Beach Road,
Bill Perugini was one of many concerned residents who first communicated issues
with the DPW Fill Pile to town officials back in late 2016 and early 2017.
State Representative Brenda Kupchick and the leadership of the Fairfield Beach Peninsula Association and Fairfield Beach Residents Association met with officials in Hartford at the
State Capitol to discuss the Flood and Erosion issues impacting the beach area
and the entire Town of Fairfield.
